Slightly tear the shoulders off the floor, twisting the upper body to the knees. Press the lower back to the floor, while pressing the stomach. Exhale when lifting, and inhale when returning to the starting position.
- Inner thigh. Take a chair with a straight back, sit on it, moving slightly to the edge of the chair so that you can freely move your hips, put your legs together. Place the simulator between your knees with the cap facing down. Place your hands on both handles to hold the machine in place. Squeeze the handles of the simulator with the inner thigh.
- Upper back. The exercise can be performed both standing and lying down. Press one handle of the simulator against your left side, from your lower back to your forearm, with the cap facing up in front of your forearm. And the bottom of the handle should be located 3-6 cm below the pelvic bone. You must firmly hold the machine with your right hand. Place the left forearm on the extended handle of the machine, then squeeze the forearm down with the inside of the elbow towards the thigh. Return with force to the starting position.
- Triceps. Stand up straight, bring your knees together, press the Tai Master trainer to your hip and waist, while the cap should be in front of your waist. Place one hand on the upper handle, the other hand on the lower handle, squeeze the elbows close to the body. Then press the upper handle from above, while trying to press it as close to the lower one as possible. Do not let go of your hands, return them with force to their previous position.
