Breaded chicken fillet
Chicken fillet - 0.9-1 kg.
- Egg - 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour - 1/2 tbsp.
- Breadcrumbs / wheat bread - 1/3 tbsp
- Mustard - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sesame (optional) - 3 tbsp l.
- Sunflower oil - 5 tbsp. l.
- Salt, chicken seasoning to taste.
Cut the washed and slightly dried chicken fillet into long strips no more than 2 cm thick. Mix the bread crumbs (or white bread crumbs) with salt, spices and sesame seeds, if used. Beat eggs lightly with mustard. Roll each fillet strip in flour, then in an egg-mustard mixture and thoroughly breaded in breadcrumbs. Fry over medium heat, turning constantly until golden brown. Serve with fresh vegetables or mashed potatoes.
Chicken fillet balls in a creamy sauce
Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Bulb onions - 1 pc.
- Cream - 200 gr.
- Hard cheese - 150 gr.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt, black pepper, chicken spices - to taste.
Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, mix with a frothed egg and finely chopped onion, season with salt and season. Stir well, form into balls and place in a greased dish. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Grate cheese, stir in chopped garlic and cream, pour the resulting mixture into the balls, trying to hit each one. Cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Chicken fillet shashlik
Chicken fillet - 0.9-1 kg.
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
- Mint - 1 bunch
- Dry white wine - 1 tbsp.
- Marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- Dried paprika - 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper, salt to taste.
Coarsely chop the chicken fillet, onion and mint, stir in a bowl and pour over the wine. Stir, add spices and leave for half an hour. Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes, add salt to the meat and string on the skewers. If the kebab will be fried in a grill pan, then the onion can be fried separately, and if in the oven, then put the onion on the wire rack, and place the kebab on top. Fry in a skillet, turning for 3-4 minutes on each side, bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Chicken fillet pancakes
Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg.
- Egg - 2 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp l.
- Wheat flour / starch - 2 tbsp. l.
- Dried garlic, curry - 1/2 tsp.
- Sunflower oil - for frying
- Salt to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet into not the smallest pieces, add all the other ingredients, except for sunflower oil, mix and let it brew for at least an hour, and ideally overnight or longer. Stir before cooking, spoon into a frying pan with well-heated oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides. Serve with any side dish or as a hot snack.
Chicken fillet with herbs
Chicken fillet - 0.7 kg.
- Wheat flour - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Butter - 4 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp l.
- Mint, basil, parsley - 3 tbsp l.
- Salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into halves, roll each in flour, season with salt, pepper and quickly fry in sunflower oil in a very preheated skillet. Melt the butter, mix with herbs and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the fillets and serve instantly.
