The bottom of the ice cream maker must be refrigerated before making ice cream. Then the mixture for the future self-made ice cream is poured into the ice cream maker and covered with a lid with a spatula. After turning on the ice cream maker begins to slowly stir the almost finished ice cream.

For him you will need:
Cream - 750 ml.
- Sugar - 150 gr.
- Yolks - 3 pcs.
- Bananas - 3 pcs.
Grind the bananas until puree, pour in the yolks with sugar, mix everything thoroughly. Add cream to the resulting mixture, put on fire until thickened. The resulting cream, after cooling to room temperature, must be poured into beautiful molds, and then frozen (freezing time is about 2 hours). After the specified time, ice cream can be served at the table.

- Fruit juice (preferably orange or pineapple juice) - 1 tbsp.
- Sugar - 1/2 tbsp.
Use a blender to make a homogeneous mixture of fruit, fruit juice and sugar. Strain the fruit mixture to remove the skins and seeds. If the mixture seems very thick, you can add a little juice. Next, put the fruit mixture in a rectangular shape and place in the freezer until it hardens. This will take about 4 hours. Then break the resulting fruit ice into pieces, transfer to a pre-cooled bowl, beat until a thick homogeneous mass. But don't let the mixture melt! Then you need to put the mixture back in the mold and freeze until it hardens. Ice cream is ready!
