How to make curd casserole
Dishes made from cottage cheese are healthy, tasty and help out in the case when you need to feed the fastidious baby "correctly". The curd casserole is ideal for a Sunday breakfast or a quick dinner. Everyone knows how to cook a casserole of cottage cheese, tender and fluffy, moderately sweet and “like grandmother's”, but few can. It would seem that there are not so many special secrets - the curd casserole is prepared only from cottage cheese, low-fat and crumbly, which is rubbed through a sieve for uniformity. Instead of flour, semolina is often added to the dish, the proportions here are chosen by each hostess individually, based on taste preferences and the capabilities of the oven.
