We do not have time to experience the feeling of chills and burns, and the thermoregulation system perceives such a temperature difference absolutely normally and this only improves.

A real contrast shower does this. You need to get into the bath and pour yourself over with water of a pleasant temperature. Then it is made as hot as possible. After 30-60-90 seconds, hot water is shut off and cold water is allowed. Having poured over the whole body, they switch back to the hottest water, pour over the whole body and then let cold water. This time it is better to stand under the cold shower for a little longer, a minute or more. Then turn on the hot shower again for a short time and end the procedure with a cold one. Scientists have proven that a few minutes of such a contrast shower replace an hour's walk or swim in the pool. And it is also an excellent tool for training blood vessels, gives elasticity to the body. A contrast shower is especially useful for people with low blood pressure who find it difficult to get up and running in the morning. Always start a contrast shower with hot water and end with cold water. And don't shower with your head (body only). Alternate sessions "hot-cold water" should be at least three times. If you are not yet ready for such an extreme, start the procedure with a "soft" shower, when warm and cool water alternates. But the temperature of the cool water is not too low for the body to turn on the defenses, and also not high enough so that you do not have time to feel chills.
Gradually increase the contrast between hot and cold water. As a rule, after the first five sessions, the sensations of discomfort disappear.
It is not recommended to take a contrast shower if you have problems with blood vessels: thrombophlebitis, hypertension, diseases of the blood and cardiovascular system, cancer.
