Hello! I want to share with you my weight loss story. My nickname is Gasha, my name is Tatiana, I am 31 years old, height 164. I live in Izhevsk. I am married and have 2 children. I am engaged in strollers.

How it all started:

On November 1, 2010, I went to the store to buy a frying pan, there was a promotion for the sale of scales. Everyone was allowed to get up and weigh themselves, so I got up and almost fainted, the scales showed 115 kg. Instead of a frying pan, I bought a scale, before that I never had one. From the same day I began to lose weight.

Who is to blame and what to do?

The first 2 weeks I rushed from one diet to another, became very annoyed, I myself was enraged by this moment, because you start to break down on children. Until one day on the Internet I stumbled upon a "plate model" power system. And from that moment everything went smoothly for me. I eat, I'm not hungry, which means I'm not irritated, the most important thing is that I also lose weight. So it turned out my motto "Eat and lose weight".

I eat 5 times a day. 3 full meals and 2 snacks. The food is low-fat, but nevertheless tasty, while I can afford baked goods, potatoes, pasta, everything in general. In the first six months, I lost 30 kg. I went to the fitness room, began to walk more, although earlier I practically did not get out from behind the wheel. In the summer I decided to take a break and just started to maintain my weight. With such a smooth weight loss, when you are not hungry, failures, as a rule, do not happen. Of course, in summer there are many temptations, for example, I have barbecue. I adore them, but I learned how to lighten them, began to plant more vegetables on the skewer, choose lean meat. So I left the summer in weight without gaining, with the beginning of autumn I again began to lose weight, signed up for water aerobics, I continue to walk. Today my weight is 78.9 kg. I switched from size 60 to size 48.

How to survive the holidays?

On the festive table, I chose dishes with less fat, less mayonnaise, fish, chicken. She didn't stay hungry, she talked more or danced. So, the holidays were fun and easy for me.

What's with the plans?

I have never been thin, in 11th grade I weighed 92 kg, so now I'm thinner than in school. I am very interested in seeing myself slim, because I have never been like that. I was always pushed by the curiosity "can I, can I achieve, am I really addicted to food?" Then I got real excitement, if I don't stop playing sports, at least I don't go on foot, then I already lack something. I realized that I needed to change my lifestyle, I am changing it and will try to continue to keep myself in shape. After all, you feel very easy. I changed my wardrobe, began to wear high heels, and you walk on them like a bird flying, and not like you walk and hammer in nails. At the moment, I continue to lose weight.
