My name is Natalya, I am a housewife, I am 40 years old, height 166 cm, current weight 55-56 kg.

How it all started:

The fact that I managed to gain weight up to 93 kilograms! it's only me and no one else to blame! How did this happen? Yes, it's very simple: unnoticed by itself, it blossomed, starting, uncontrollably and indiscriminately, to consume food that is healthy and not very good at any time of the day! Plus the lack of the necessary physical activity in relation to the kilocalories eaten per day.

All this led to the inevitable weight gain.

Who is to blame and what to do:

One fine morning I got on the scales and … Oh, God! 93 kilograms … My legs even gave way, my cheeks flushed with shame, my heart sank, and my breathing quickened … I experienced an indescribable SHOCK! What to do?

"We urgently need to do something!" - a thought spun in my head … and I … gritting my teeth harder, set to work!

First, I sat down at the table and made a list of foods that I would eat:

  1. Dairy and fermented milk products: milk, kefir, fermented baked milk, cottage cheese, cheese, yogurt.
  2. Cereals, cereals (optional)
  3. Vegetables (except potatoes)
  4. Fruits (apples, peaches, tangerines, pears, sometimes bananas)
  5. Dried fruits (raisins and prunes)
  6. Greenery
  7. A fish
  8. Fish fat
  9. A complex of vitamins and minerals (required!)
  10. Tea and sometimes coffee

And here is what I excluded from the list of foods I consume:

  1. Sweets
  2. Bakery and flour products
  3. Meat products
  4. Fried, fatty, spicy and salty foods
  5. Ketchup
  6. Mayonnaise
  7. Sauces

Further, eat 5 times a day in small portions + necessarily have breakfast!

The last meal is before 6 pm! (while losing weight)

Currently, I allow myself a light snack at 20 o'clock (if necessary).

I did not adhere to specific diets and do not adhere to, I did not consider BJU. By the way, I learned about the BJU counting system much later. I have not used alcoholic beverages and do not use at all (well, this is my personal attitude).

Oh, I remember: how hard it was for me at first! I wanted to constantly eat (my stomach was stretched out!), Even crying. Well, nothing, after the first two or three weeks I got used to it, got used to it, adapted to the new rhythm of life, so to speak, and the positive results were not long in coming. There appeared in me, albeit weak, but still faith in myself and my strength, and this is very important!

From sports, I chose active walking (every day and in any weather):

  1. Distance - 5 km.
  2. Time - 50-55 minutes (120-130 steps per minute).
  3. Few exercises on "simulators" (not systemically, only at will and in the mood).

Once a week I was weighed in the morning on the "mechanics" (I did not have electronic scales until a certain moment). I wrote down the results of weight and volume, slowly rejoicing in small victories over my own laziness!

Apparently, the power of my self-hypnosis was so high!

What's with the plans?

By April 2013, I managed to get rid of 37-38 kg of excess weight, that is, from 93 kg to reduce my weight to 55-56 kg!

Further - to reduce the volume of the chest from 110 cm to 85 cm; waist from 103 cm to 62 cm; hips from 116 cm to 85 cm.

It's just amazing how the human skin is able to stretch and pull back!.. Well, isn't it amazing? As my mother said, looking at me after losing weight: and where does what go? There was no trace of the excess mass.

My new goal: maintaining the achieved result! I hope I can do it. I feel happy! The approach of summer is now really a joy to me!
