Minus 50 kg in a year and a half

Good day everyone, my name is Marina, my nickname is on the Seiann forum. My occupation is bossy, my job is sedentary, and my transformation story is interesting. I’ll tell you about it now.

How it all began?

Oh, I'll start with the standard: "I was plump since childhood …". The fact is, it is. A family property - we do not have a “built-in” food limiter (the feeling of “enough, I'm not hungry,” plus a slow exchange). Because of this, all women in the family, especially on the maternal side, look unacceptably young, but they have been struggling with excess weight all their lives. I was losing this battle with a crushing score.

With a height of 167 cm, I finished school, as I remember now, with a weight of 72 kilograms. And at the graduation at the university she proudly flaunted in weight 92 kg, not bothering a lot about nutrition and consuming everything that lay freely and smelled delicious.

This heroically achieved figure held out until pregnancy, during which the numbers became even more heroic - in 2004 I left the hospital with a weight of 107 kilos. At 107 kilos, there were problems with the thyroid gland and a few more problems with health and family relations, which I don't really want to go into. It was during this period that I decided to lose weight.

I "sat" on various diets with a tenacity that deserves better use, dumping and gaining back, and even more slowing down my already naturally not enchanting metabolism. As a result, I came to a frightening situation when, in order not to get better, I had to eat no more than 1500 calories, and preferably 1300. This is a constant restriction, which I could not stand, asking myself the sacramental question "Why?" To "hold on" at 107 kilos? Do you need it? Wet rain is not scary and that 107 kg, that 110 kg - there is not much difference, it is still horror.

Having come to this comforting conclusion, I allowed myself not to limit myself in food, throwing the scales away so that they would not upset me by the fact of their presence. And I got up on them only by the end of 2012, having seen, to my horror, the most honorable indicator - 130 kilograms.

This was the ultimate maximum weight to which I "managed to grow." I was shocked and immediately went back to 1300-1500 calories. However, for a couple of months, the situation has not changed one iota.

The situation looked like a stalemate. Reducing calories further is unrealistic. Increase activity, play sports - dear mom! - 130 kilograms at 167 cm (remember) height. The heart will not stand, the joints will not stand.

However, I realized that my heart could not stand it anyway. And at some point, I realized that the inscription “This fool left her young daughter an orphan because of her own stupidity and irresponsibility, dying under a pile of her own fat at the age of 36” would be carved on my grave.

This inscription was so bright and obvious that I woke up in horror and realized that I had to look for a way out.

Who is to blame and what to do?

I started to lose weight from my maximum weight - 130 kg. What have I done? First, I started walking. From work I got to the metro and walked the second half of the route. In total, it turned out six kilometers on foot - an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. That was a lot for me.

But the weight began to slowly go away, and after three months of walking, I dropped the weight to 124 kilograms. Further, trips to endocrinologists began.

You understand that when a more than weighty aunt rushes into the endocrinologist and issues a program statement: "Doctor, I eat NOTHING and I am getting better", most doctors react in a completely predictable way. And only the seventh endocrinologist took me seriously and began to treat, God grant her health.

Well, then I was very lucky. A friend recommended a trainer who works on biomechanical stimulation simulators (Nazarov simulators, you can google it). In short, this is strength training (statics), the effect of which is enhanced by longitudinal vibration stimulation of the muscles. Exceptionally hard, very energy-consuming exercises, but the load on the heart and joints is more than moderate. Throwing skates in the gym did not threaten me (except to break the simulator)).

But the hardest part was not training. The most difficult moment was when I stood in front of the gym door and shook, thinking why I was going to these galleys, and that they would laugh at me and that I could not do anything. But the door was open by me and I entered the hall. From that moment on, a completely different life began.

And so, at the beginning of 2013, I began to go to the gym three times a week, while maintaining walking from work and to work, slowly increasing the amount of calories consumed, achieving a corridor of 1700-2000 kcal. And over the next year, I lost weight from 124 to 82 kilograms, dropping more than 40 kilograms in a year and quite seriously restoring my metabolism.

The weight continued to decline. By the summer of next year, I weighed 79 kilograms. This was not the minimum minimum weight, but, alas, I was not able to document 74.

But in the summer of 2014, troubles began - the company in which I prospered for a long time and successfully, unfortunately, found itself in a difficult financial situation and I was offered to look for a better fate elsewhere. At the same time, problems with the thyroid gland were discovered (again, yes), which, alas, were accompanied by such an unpleasant thing as baldness. I had to choose - either to "win back" a few kilograms during the treatment, or to remain without hair and with goiter.

In addition, from a new job it has become critically inconvenient and there is no time to get to my favorite gym, and there are very few alternatives to these simulators. I "traveled" to different fitness clubs, trying to find a place for pilates, body flex, or some other zumba. All this was, of course, good, but it gave only vitality and health, but not weight loss.

As a result, from the beginning of 2015 to June of the same, I gained a critical weight of 84 kg for me, adding about ten kilograms in six months. In June, the course of treatment, hurray, ended and the result is positive. I got a healthy thyroid, normal hair and a wider ass than I'm used to. Significantly grown eyelashes became a bonus to the set and this is hurray! I've wanted long eyelashes all my life. In addition, all of a sudden, my favorite exercise equipment showed up not far from my new job. I breathed a sigh of relief.

How to survive the holidays?

Eat with pleasure, dance energetically, sing karaoke, entertain others to the fullest and enjoy life. One day will not add anything to you (unless you manage to eat so much that it will become unrealistic to dance).

Well, from the next day back - to your favorite "corridor". If you do not turn overeating into a system, the weight will return to normal after a few days. Even unloading is not necessary. And even harmful. Such "swing" - overeating-hunger, has not helped anyone yet.

Does the Calorizator help?

Yes, I have been visiting the site for a long time, although I have never written. Very handy calculator, very handy personal account. And besides, communication, help, support - all this is invaluable and motivates to accomplishments. Where else will they be so sincerely happy for the two hundred grams they have dropped?

What's with the plans?

Well, come on, weight, down!)) Already now I weigh 80 kilograms and have plans, slowly and with pleasure, to get rid of fifteen more over the next year. Well, we'll see.
