How it all began?
From the age of 4 I was getting fat. The thinnest was a couple of years, weighing 85 kg with a height of 173 cm. The rest of the time weighed about a hundred. From the very childhood I was beefy, but at the same time I always heard from my parents that I needed to lose weight and that clothes for me could not be found. In general, a lump of complexes. I got married to the first person I came across. And in my life I have not achieved anything significant, because my uncertainty affected all its areas. I lost weight after 21 years more than once. Then for a long 8 years of swing - minus 15, plus 30, minus 20, plus 20. And then one day I learned about proper nutrition.
Who is to blame and what to do?
I started to lose weight with a weight of 111 kg, and today I weigh 69 kg. When I am asked about the motivation and the moment when I said "enough", I find it difficult to answer. I had a lot of motivations - my own photos of successful weight loss, important events in my life. Nothing worked. She started and quit. It's even harder to start when you're eating bad food with three meals a day. Having learned about PP, I selected a diet for myself. And five meals a day was more convenient for me.
Perhaps her husband was the impetus for losing weight. I weighed 111 kg, and he is 70 with a height of 186 cm. We looked ridiculous together, and I felt that he would like me to lose weight. She ate well and tasty, while losing 6 kg per month. It's very fast! Today I am a different person - 42 kilograms lighter.
My diet consisted of a variety of foods, and five meals a day helped me cope with a psychological problem - there is something constantly even when I am full, with the desire to catch up with something after eating. The body received food every 3-4 hours, ate something tasty for snacks, and eventually calmed down and stopped being nervous.
The weight went away quickly, but there were periods when he stood. It happened when I went to the gym (probably, the muscles began to strengthen). Soon the weight went down again.
How to survive the holidays?
"Trampling" the weight in place was also on the New Year - three feasts, three days of zhora, and not in a row, but breakdowns on different days. So the holidays while losing weight were hard for me.

What are the plans?
Now I eat more varied. Added cereals to a side dish for lunch. This is about 50% of the side dish, and the rest is vegetables. And I also began to eat diet desserts more often, since I see no reason to eat harmful food instead of the right food. I really hope to keep the result. On the one hand, it is not so difficult, because my diet is not that much different from the usual one, and on the other hand, living my whole life in the amount of 100 kg / 173 cm (in childhood I was, of course, smaller, but still large), it is very difficult to be able to remain a completely different person.
I was the same weak-willed madam who looked at the results of others, envied and felt sorry for myself, for a smear. I started to lose weight more than once or twice, but it didn't work out. And then one day it worked.
