    How to make gingerbread:

    1. Put honey, sugar, spices, vanilla sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until sugar dissolves.
    2. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, add softened butter, mix well.
    3. Add the egg and mix again.
    4. Gradually adding flour, knead the dough. The dough should not be very elastic and should not stick to your hands.
    5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
    6. Roll out the dough into a layer 5-7 mm thick. Cut the gingerbread cookies using molds.
    7. Bake the gingerbread cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 7-12 minutes.
    8. For the glaze, whisk the egg white, icing sugar and lemon juice with a whisk.
