Let me now describe in a little more detail each type of activity in the Camp.
Physical activity
Morning run along the seashore
Every day we started with a morning run along the seashore. Sergey gathered everyone at 7 am, did a warm-up and started for a run. Many started their jogging early so they could finish in time for breakfast. At first, running on the sand was difficult, it took almost one and a half to two hours, but after a few days it became easier and faster.

Morning aerobics
Morning aerobics is performed by Julia. If the weather is good, then aerobics is carried out in the fresh air, if the weather is bad, then in the gym. It lasts 1 hour, during which you are strenuously trying to lift / stretch / bend something somewhere … At first it is all difficult, but every day it becomes easier and more fun to do morning aerobics. Julia is great! He will help everyone and tell you how to do the exercise correctly, take into account your contraindications and prescribe another exercise if you cannot do something due to your health.

Stretching / Cardio / Aerobics
These were my favorite activities only because of their instructor Natalia. This is such a perky light, from which so much warmth and light is radiated that I want to run to her classes. On stretching, she gives exercises that help you stretch the muscles of the whole body, many even sat on the splits after two weeks of training. Some workouts take place in pairs, others with fitness balls, and others with dumbbells. Each time it is something new and always interesting.

Zumba / Latina / Strip
Zumba, Latina, Strip dance alternate on days and are led by Diana. It's nice to watch her movements, but not everyone succeeds in repeating it. And although we all looked, at times, awkward, but 1 hour of increased sweating and good mood is guaranteed to you.

Pioneerball / Basketball
Unfortunately, I never got to these games due to the fact that I don't really like them. But I heard the girls talking about the next game of Pioneerball with enthusiasm and laughter. These games depend on the teams that play them. If one game can be fun and interesting, the other is less interesting. But worth a try!

Strength training
Strength classes are conducted by Dmitry and Konstantin. The guys show you how to do the exercises correctly and make sure that you do them correctly. Sometimes in their work, there was a certain chaos, the exercises were given a little chaotic, possibly due to the fact that there was not enough room in the hall for two coaches at the same time. So sometimes I would come early and study on my own. But if you have little experience, then it is better to study with an instructor. And I would advise you to go several times before the Camp, at least to the fitness club of your city and work out with an instructor so that you can navigate on the spot in the exercises and the correctness of their implementation.


Kickboxing
Men have the opportunity to conduct kickboxing training. If such a desire arises in women, then this training is also available to them. Kickboxing promotes the rapid formation of back and abdominal muscles, which not only allows you to quickly build muscle, but also leads to a gradual decrease in adipose tissue. An hour of intense workout can burn 350-450 calories.

Bike ride
The bike rides are conducted by Sergey. The routes are always different, but basically they all run along the coastal strip. Sergey carefully monitors bicycles, helps to adjust the seat for height, and will always wait for you on the way if you fall behind. If you are afraid to go on a bike ride with everyone because you are not confident in your abilities, then you can always take a bike and ride on your own.

Hiking
We went hiking three times a week. They have never been repeated during my entire stay at the Camp. We went hiking in any weather. Depending on the number of people, the Camp administration gave us several minibuses, which took us to the beginning of the route. I would like to separately note all the drivers of the Camp for their punctuality. Cars always left on time. In addition, the drivers not only waited for us at the end point of the hike, but also "saved" us from the downpour, picking up along the route of the hike if it caught us on the way. I'm not talking about a light, dripping rain. For him, we had jackets and raincoats and we calmly walked on. I'm talking about the "tropical rain", which covered us twice on the way.

Three instructors accompanied us on the way. At the beginning, Sergei walked, he set everyone a high pace so that we could burn our calories well. In the middle and at the end of the group were strength program coaches Dmitry and Konstantin.
When you go on a hike, it is useless to ask Sergey about the difficulty of the route. He always has a little bit of difficulty, and on the route you think where it is a little bit))) But our hikes were fun and cheerful.

Dmitry, who closes the column, always made sure that the laggards were not lost and that everyone reached the final destination. In the rain, he gave his cape to the needy. He not only encouraged them along the way, but also helped them overcome obstacles on the road, such as such significant uphill climbs.

All hikes are divided by difficulty level. I advise you to go on every hike, regardless of its level, because there is always the opportunity to stop and not go further. But you will see the most beautiful places, walk as fast as you can, and just get a lot of positive emotions.

"Hippie haven" Ordzhonikidze
Difficulty level: 3. Location: 15 km from Feodosia, the vicinity of the village. Ordzhonikidze. Hiking, 4-5 km long, on rough terrain with up and down slopes. If you realize that you cannot walk, there is an opportunity to walk along the embankment for about 2 km. I strongly advise you to go in good sneakers, because in some places on the path your feet slip. The path runs along the sea, overcoming the foothills of rocks and hills. During the hike, there are hippie accommodations and scenic views. And when we get to the top of the mountain, the panorama of Tikhaya Bay and Cape Chameleon opens up.

"Mount Klementyev", pos. Koktebel
Difficulty level: 4. Location: 13 km from Feodosia. The length of the route is 14-15 m. The road has a slight incline, it is easy to follow it. At the end of the path there will be a small segment of a steeper ascent to the observation deck, which can be overcome with stops, or this segment will be shortened and not climbed. But from the observation deck, an unforgettable view of the entire valley opens, to Koktebel, Karadag volcano and the sea.
Mount Klement'eva is interesting because it is here that there are unique aerodynamic properties that allowed this place to become a place for the development of domestic gliding, hang gliding and paragliding. There are only two mountains in the world with such strong updrafts - Uzun-Syrt in Europe and Harris Hill in America. Named in memory of the test glider pilot Pyotr Klementyev, who died here during the tests of the glider on September 11, 1924.

Trekking from Cape Ilya to Dvuyakornaya Bay
Difficulty level: 4. Location: Feodosia neighborhood. The length of the route is 6-7 km. A hike over rough terrain, in which 50% of the way is uphill and 50% downhill
Feodosia on one side borders on the village of Beregovoe, and on the other side is covered by the Tepe-Oba ridge. Cape St. Ilya is the most protruding part of the Tepe-Oba ridge. In 1784, the Dvuyakornaya artillery battery was located in the bay. On the coast of the bay was the dacha of the famous Russian shipbuilding engineer G.I.Bubnov.

"Hike - Domes"
Difficulty level: 2. Location: Feodosia outskirts. The length is 5-8 km. A simplification is possible. Cross-country hike on a fairly flat road.
The route to the domes of the weather station lies through the forest, without any special ups and downs, almost on a flat road. During the trek, a magnificent view of the Dvuyakornaya Bay opens.

Monastery in the Old Crimea "SurbKhach"
Difficulty level: 3. Location: about 10 km from Feodosia. This is an Armenian male monastery, in translation the name of which means the Monastery of the Holy Cross.
The length of the route is 6-8 km. Hike through the forest, on an asphalt road, without steep ascents and descents.
The founding of the monastery and the establishment of the Diocesan throne of the Armenian Apostolic Church in it dates back to the middle of the XIV century. Having the status of a monument of national importance, it has become one of the most visited objects of the cultural heritage of antiquity in Crimea.

Currently, the refectory houses a museum exposition dedicated to the history of the monastery. The place is beautiful, rich in power. There are three sources on the territory: Strength, Wisdom and Love. The water in all three tastes different.
