Upon arrival at the Camp, first of all, you will be fed and placed in a room. Alena will meet with you and hold a conversation, tell you what time of the meal breaks, what time what classes, etc. Shows where the gym, "dining room", gazebos, etc. are located. And at this meeting, you will make a payment for accommodation in the Camp, taking into account the previously paid advance.

Every Saturday Alena conducts a conversation with newcomers and talks about proper nutrition, what to eat and what to avoid, about proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Conversations are held in the dining room, which is very interestingly decorated. I really liked the dining room and it was a pleasure to be there for any occasion, be it a conversation or another meal. I will talk about food a little later, because the food in the Camp deserves a separate discussion. However, like the people who work in the camp.

I dropped that I eat everything except seaweed, maybe. One day there was seaweed salad for dinner. And what was my surprise when I was offered a variant of another salad, without seaweed. This seemingly trifle at first glance says a lot about the cook. I was surprised that she remembered the only phrase I dropped.

In general, I would very much like to note the general positive attitude of all the personnel in the Camp. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Nobody will force you to do anything, you yourself decide to do it or not, go or not go.

I had a case when on the second day of my stay I realized that I had taken sneakers that were uncomfortable for long walks. I asked Sergei (hiking and cycling instructor) where I can buy new sneakers. In response, I received not only clear directions on how to get to the sports store in Feodosia, but also a card with a 10% discount (with the card returned back). The card was very useful and I bought myself new sneakers, by the way, inexpensively.

I advise you to draw up a schedule for yourself right away so that you know every day what time you will have. With such a schedule, it is easier to find free time for massage or time for swimming in the sea or walking around Feodosia.

I wrote a schedule for myself in a notebook, thanks to which I always knew what time I was busy, and how much I could spend on rest, massages, walking and swimming. Usually it was from 30 minutes to 2 hours of free time, which I spent at the sea or relaxing in the fresh air. To walk to Feodosia, you need at least 2 hours.

Near the camp, 100 meters away, there is a sandy beach and the sea. The entrance is not good everywhere, sometimes there are algae and boulders, but there are many "paths" along which you calmly enter the sea. There are also places for "wild rest" on the beach and equipped places with umbrellas and sun loungers. I was out of season, so there were no umbrellas and sunbeds yet, but everything was already being prepared for the beginning of the season, painted and equipped. There is no embankment or interesting places around, but there is a Dolphinarium nearby (a couple of stops by bus) and Feodosia (30 minutes by bus) with its embankment, shops, cafes, markets and museums.

There are also many cafes near the Camp. And so they pose a threat to your willpower and desire to lose weight. Walk steadfastly past them, without looking, so that there is no temptation to try something.

I went to grocery stores only twice. Do not rush to scold me))) I didn’t buy food for myself in order to “podhomyachit” and, even, didn’t buy kefir. And I bought there sausages for the dogs, which were constantly near the gate of the Camp and who happily accompanied us to our morning runs and "guarded" us from passing cars with a loud bark. Dogs are harmless, sleeping in the shade most of the time.

During 2 weeks of my stay in the Camp, I have never tasted food from the outside and only once "sinned" by drinking a cup of aromatic, freshly brewed coffee in the pool cafeteria, without milk and sugar. For which, by the way, she paid with a sleepless night and a broken view the next day.

When I was going to the Camp, it was very interesting for me to know in detail the regime and daily routine. When, what, where? … Therefore, I will share with you the daily routine in the Camp so that you have a more detailed idea of ​​it:

07:00 Morning walk of your choice (beach / village / jogging track)

08:30 Breakfast

10:00 Aerobics (Mon, Wed, Fri) or Hike (Tue, Thu). On Saturday, the hike starts at 9:00.

13:30 Lunch

Further, depending on the day of the week, you can alternate classes either at 14:00 or at 16:00 and attend different classes every day, all of your choice and desire (the time is indicated approximately and may differ slightly from the schedule):

14:00 Zumba / Latina / Strip, Pioneerball / Basketball, Cycling, Pool / Bath or

16:00 Strength training

17:30 Dinner

Then again, your choice. You can alternate days and choose a different workout each time (times are approximate and may differ slightly from the schedule).

18:00 and 19:00 Strength training

19:00 and 20:00 Stretching / Cardio / Aerobics

20: 00-21: 00 Serum (as a snack)

Hang up at your discretion. But already at 21: 00-22: 00 I "passed out without hind legs."

I repeat that you can choose your own load, what to walk on, what not to walk on. Nobody in the Camp will force you. But remember, “you cannot easily catch a fish from a pond,” that is, By doing nothing, you will not be able to lose weight. Don't be afraid to try and do it as it turns out.

Excursions and other entertainment

You will see many different interesting places on the hikes. And on weekends (Sat and Sun) you can go on excursions.

Excursions

The administration of the Camp weekly posts excursion options for which everyone is signed up. Basically, this is an excursion to the "New World", "Toplovsky Monastery" or the Park of Lions "Taigan". But if you wish, you can independently gather in a group of several people and you will be provided with a car that will take you anywhere you want. In our arrival, people gathered and went to Sevastopol, Yalta and other cities.

"Novy Svet", "Toplovsky Monastery" and "Taigan" Lions Park are recommended to visit. Very interesting places, about which you can find out in more detail by making an appropriate request in a search engine.

Swimming pool

In summer, in your free time, you swim in the sea, and in the spring-autumn-winter period, once a week, you have a free admission to the pool with a hammam and a bath with access to the sea. The Camp does not have its own pool, the pool is located in the Alye Parusa hotel, in Feodosia, where you will be taken by minibus and taken back.

The pool is 25 meters long. The pool has: a cascade, massage streams. The pool has 5 lanes, a Turkish hammam and a Russian bath. The pool has a cooler with drinking water and ice to cool the skin after the hamam. I really liked the pool with saunas, I recommend visiting it.

There is a cafeteria by the pool, where you can drink coffee or fresh juices, if you wish and at an additional charge. You can visit the pool yourself for an additional fee, by taking public transport or by taxi.

In addition to the pool, you can visit the bathhouse with access to the sea.

Bath

Baths are offered to choose from, these are "Golden Sands" and "Robinson's Hut". I did not get into the first bath, but they praise her more. I didn't like the second bath with its service. The sheets provided by the bathhouse are gray with holes, the table outside was dirty and uncleaned, the lounge is small and boring. The steam room itself is like a steam room, it is better not to enter more than 4 people, it will be cramped. The sauna has a shower and toilet.

Massages and facials

Several masseurs work in the Camp. And I strongly advise you not to spare money and take a massage course. The masseurs are all different and they do the massages, respectively, in different ways. The main thing is for you to decide what you want: relaxation, corrective or sports. The main advantage of sports massage is that it helps to release muscles and utilize lactic acid accumulated in them after training, which causes pain and burning in the muscles. After a sports massage session, the muscles recover much faster, and the pain after the next workout will be less. All these factors will undoubtedly allow you to train more efficiently next time.

Sports massage is done by Ruslan (10 years of experience) and Nikolai Stepanovich (39 years of experience). More gentle massage options are offered by Mikhail and Nikolay. I wanted to do exactly sports massage in order not only to “make life easier” for my muscles, which received shock loading, but also to ease a little nervous tension in the muscles. Ruslan gave me sports massage. I can safely recommend it. Just be sure to tell him what kind of massage you need. If it hurts unbearably, tell him about it so that he can do it a little quieter. I'll warn you right away that the sports massage was sick, especially the first sessions, after that it became easier. My muscles thanked me for it)

I also went through several sessions with Nikolai Stepanovich, he is also a manual masseur. Before the massage, he will examine you and find out if there are any diseases for which massage is not recommended. And believe me that if you have a problem, he will definitely diagnose it. To confirm the diagnosis, he will advise you to do an MRI of the problem area. MRI can be done in Feodosia. If there is a problem, the massage course should not be carried out.

Be sure to sign up for a massage to Nikolai Stepanovich, especially since the Camp administration will give you 1 massage per week as a gift. If massage is not contraindicated for you and you like everything, then sign up for a course. But it is difficult to sign up to him, tk. there are many who wish, so on the first day of arrival at the Camp, make an appointment in advance.

There is also an opportunity to take a course of cosmetic facial care. The offered procedures significantly improve the condition and tone of the skin on the face. The work uses professional cosmetics.

Billiards / Table tennis

The sports hall features billiards and table tennis. To be honest, I have never played either one or the other. But if you have extra time and desire, you can play.

Horseback Riding and Horse Riding Training

Horseback riding is carried out along the Echki-Dag ridge, 20 km from Feodosia. The walk is about 20 km long and lasts 3 hours. The participants of the walk will be taken to the place in a UAZ, after which everyone will get on horses and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and views of the sea. The nearest settlements are Kurortnoye (2 km along the coast) and Shchebetovka (3 km across the mountain).

Quad biking

On request, the Camp can arrange for you to ride an ATV. Participants are seated for 1 or 2 people, they are instructed on how to drive an ATV and safety. The group is accompanied by two instructors, at the head of the column and at the end of it. Before the eyes of the participants, landscapes replace each other, and small stops will give the opportunity to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

Team game "Paintball"

The game of paintball takes place on a prepared area, which consists of placed shelters and barriers. This kind of sport can be called both "sports" and "tactical", but in both cases it is always a team game, during which different human factors can be developed: leadership, ingenuity, reaction, and the ability to play in a team.

Swimming with dolphins in the dolphinarium

You can visit the Dolphinarium on your own, it is located a few bus stops from the Camp, towards Feodosia. You can get to Feodosia as well as to the Dolphinarium by bus # 106. Performances are held three times a day: at 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00 (closed Monday).
