Danbo cheese is a semi-hard cheese that is a national product of Denmark. It is made from high quality cow's milk.

Danbo cheese exists in several types - Danbo Elbo, Danbo Funbo. Each species is distinguished by its taste and aging time. Also, for example, Elbo has a specific quadrangular shape and a paraffin shell.
