Do not forget that light products spoil quickly, and if they were bought chilled, then they will not “survive” for more than a day, but the shelf life of frozen products can reach 5-6 months. Of course, at the first defrosting, and should be immediately cooked, and not frozen again.

Veal lungs can be used as an independent dish, it is preferable to fry it in vegetable oil with spices after cooking.
