Grayling is a freshwater fish of the salmon family. It is considered the most beautiful fish found in Russia. Not very large in size, average weight 1-2 kg, rarely reaches 5 kg. The dorsal fin, which reaches it almost to the tail, gives special beauty to this fish. It is painted with amazing multi-colored patterns (calorizer). The body of the grayling is covered with small scales; asymmetric spots are also located on it, giving it an external attractiveness. The grayling lives in the fast rivers of the north, Siberia and the northeastern part of Russia.
