Chicory is a herbaceous perennial plant of the Astrov family. Delicate blue flowers, similar to cornflowers, are known to everyone without exception, because chicory grows everywhere in the European territory of Russia, in Belarus and in Ukraine. The plant has a powerful root, the length of which can reach one and a half meters.
