Bilberry grows almost everywhere in the middle zone and to the north, loves coniferous forests, swampy places. Blueberries do not yield bountiful harvests every year, depending on the temperature regime during the flowering period, which falls on the end of May - June. Blueberries are practically not grown artificially, they are harvested by hand, so the cost of fresh berries is quite high.
