Lentil and green buckwheat cutlets

How to cook Lentil and Green Buckwheat Cutlets
- Soak cereals in warm salted water for about an hour.
- Grind the soaked cereals with a blender, add spices, flour and salt.
- Blind cutlets.
- Fry in a dry skillet for three minutes on each side.
