How to cook the dish "Cutlets with Tomatoes, Zucchini and Rice"
- Peel the onion, finely chop 3 onions and fry in half the butter.
- Peel the tomato and chop finely.
- Soak the bread in milk.
- Add tomato, fried onion, lightly squeezed bread, finely chopped parsley, eggs, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
- Form cutlets from the resulting mass and fry them in vegetable oil until tender.
- Cut the remaining onion and zucchini into thick rings.
- Fry onions and zucchini in a dry frying pan, lightly salted.
- Boil the rice and season with the remaining butter. Put cutlets, rice and vegetables on a plate and garnish with herbs.
This dish is perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner for the whole family. Zucchini and onions can be baked in the oven, rather than fried in a pan. You can also add other fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, peppers or any other vegetables.
