Cinnamon pretzels

How to make Cinnamon Pretzels
- Beat sour cream with egg.
- Add 3 tbsp. l. sugar, salt and honey, stir.
- Add soft butter.
- Sift flour, mix with baking powder, add to dough.
- Gather the dough into a ball, leave for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into walnut-sized lumps.
- Roll the lumps into thin flagella.
- Roll pretzels from flagella.
- Mix cinnamon with 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
- Dip each pretzel in cinnamon and sugar.
- Put on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The dough should be soft and a little sticky, then sugar and cinnamon will easily stick to it.
