How to cook Crostata with Tofupanakota
Soak flaxseed in milk for 10 minutes.
Soak agar agar in milk for 10 minutes.
Grate the apple.
Mix the biscuit ingredients and place the biscuit in the mold.
Send the crust to the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
Squeeze out the lemon juice.
Whisk the tofupanakota ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for 1 minute.
Pour the tofupanakota over the crust. Put in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Sprinkle coconut sugar on top for a caramel flavor, if desired.
Crostata is an Italian open cake based on shortcrust pastry and filling. Our crostata is the same open pie, but without shortbread dough, suitable for proper nutrition.
Cashew or walnut milk can be replaced with any other milk, including regular cow's milk, topioca starch can be replaced with any other starch, either protein or flour.

Tofu - 150 gr.
Cashew milk - 250 ml.
Tapioca starch - 20 gr.
Stevia (10 drops) - 4 gr.
Agar-agar - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Coconut sugar (for decoration) - 2 tsp
