How to cook chicken thighs with potatoes in the oven
- First you need to marinate the chicken thighs, cut the garlic into slices. Season the thighs with mustard, salt, pepper and oil, add garlic.
- Cover the baking tray with foil and grease with vegetable oil, cut the onion in half rings and put on a baking sheet.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, put them on top of the onions, season with salt and pepper. Brush the potatoes with sour cream.
