Indian chicken with rice

How to cook Indian Chicken with Rice
- Chop hot pepper with a knife, peel ginger and garlic, grate on a fine grater.
- Add hot pepper, ginger, garlic, cumin, hops-suneli, curry, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to natural yogurt, salt.
- Remove skin from chicken thighs, chop into pieces.
- Salt chicken thighs a little, pour with aromatic yogurt with spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
- For color, add tomato paste to the mass, mix everything again, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, you can overnight.
- Rinse basmati rice until clear water, chop the onion.
- Put onion in a pan with vegetable oil and fry it for a couple of minutes.
- Put the chicken on the onion along with the rest of the fragrant marinade, bring to half-cooked under the lid.
- Put rice on the chicken, add water so that it barely covers the rice, add a little salt, cover the lid and bring the rice to readiness over low heat.
The result is a very aromatic and delicious dish. Basmati rice gives an extra zest to the dish, the pungency of the dish can be given to taste.
