How to cook Chinese Noodles

  1. Boil the egg noodles until half cooked, then put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  2. Cut carrots, cabbage, peppers and onions into strips, pork into thin slices.
  3. Chop ginger and garlic with a knife.
  4. Put the wok on high heat, fry the ginger and garlic in vegetable oil for 1 minute, then add the carrots and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add red onion, cabbage, then pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then transfer to a plate. This is a basic set for noodles.
  6. Then fry the pork slices in a wok for 5 minutes.
  7. Then add fried vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, spices. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  8. At the end add the noodles, sesame oil, fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Chinese noodles are a fast food common in the East and America. Although in Russia there are already many fast food restaurants selling such noodles. The point of this fast food is that food is prepared quickly, in a wok. The basis is taken noodles (rice or wheat), various vegetables and fillers (meat, chicken, seafood). We will prepare a typical recipe - egg noodles, pork and regular vegetables as a filling. The authenticity of the recipe is given by the spices for the wok (or you can use the 5 spice seasoning (star anise, cinnamon, pepper, fennel, cloves), and of course, sesame oil, which is added at the last stage.
