How to cook Chinese Noodles
Boil the egg noodles until half cooked, then put in a colander and rinse with cold water.
Cut carrots, cabbage, peppers and onions into strips, pork into thin slices.
Chop ginger and garlic with a knife.
Put the wok on high heat, fry the ginger and garlic in vegetable oil for 1 minute, then add the carrots and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Add red onion, cabbage, then pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then transfer to a plate. This is a basic set for noodles.
Then fry the pork slices in a wok for 5 minutes.
Then add fried vegetables, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, spices. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for 3-4 minutes.
At the end add the noodles, sesame oil, fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.

The point of this fast food is that food is prepared quickly, in a wok. The basis is taken noodles (rice or wheat), various vegetables and fillers (meat, chicken, seafood). We will prepare a typical recipe - egg noodles, pork and regular vegetables as a filling. The authenticity of the recipe is given by the spices for the wok (or you can use the 5 spice seasoning (star anise, cinnamon, pepper, fennel, cloves), and of course, sesame oil, which is added at the last stage.
