How to make Lemon Ricotta Pie
- Grind the chicken egg with granulated sugar until it is white.
- Sift the flour and add to the egg, mix thoroughly.
- Boil the milk and pour a thin stream into the egg mixture, mix.
- Put the mixture on low heat and cook until thickened.
- Add ricotta cheese to the cooled cream, mix thoroughly.
- Squeeze juice from lemon, grate zest. Add some zest and 1 tbsp. lemon juice in cream, stir.
- For the base, grind the cookies in a blender.
- Melt the butter and add to the liver. The mixture should be moistened (if the crumbs stick together, there is enough oil).
- Place the base of the cookies in an even layer in a baking dish.
- Pour the prepared cream with ricotta on the base, smooth.
- Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes.
This cake will not leave anyone indifferent. Lemon combined with cheese gives an unforgettable interesting taste. Cookies can be used shortbread or anniversary.
