Baked pasta with eggplant

How to prepare the dish "Baked pasta with eggplant"
- Boil pasta in salted water, drain off excess water.
- Cut the eggplants into cubes and add a little salt, let stand for 15 minutes, then drain the liquid from them.
- Chop the tomato coarsely.
- Grate the cheese.
- Heat oil and spices in a frying pan.
- Add eggplant, tomato and some water. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add adjika to the finished eggplants and mix.
- Place half of the pasta on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Lay out the eggplants.
- Top with the remaining pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
A delicious and original version of the preparation of ordinary pasta. Suitable for a vegetarian menu for lunch or dinner.
