How to cook the "Pasta with mushrooms" dish
- Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices.
- Chop the onion.
- Dice the bell pepper.
- Boil the pasta.
- Fry the onion and pepper in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and fry for another 10 minutes.
- Wash the tomato, cut it, load it into a blender.
- Grind in mashed potatoes.
- Add tomato puree to vegetables and mushrooms.
- Fry for another 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine with pasta.
Tomatoes can be substituted for ketchup or tomato paste.
