How to make a Mango Curry with Soy Meat
Soak the soy meat in salt and spice water for 20 minutes.
Grate carrots, cut onion into half rings.
Cut the mango into cubes.
Cut the soy meat and drain the water into a separate container.
In a skillet, heat oil with two types of curry paste.
Add onions, carrots and mangoes. Saute for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy meat and water in which it was soaked. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add coconut milk. Stir and simmer for another five minutes.
This dish is delicious and spicy. You can add more coconut milk to reduce the spiciness. This dish can be prepared with any meat (beef, veal, pork …), it will be delicious even with chicken and turkey.
