How to make a Mango Curry with Soy Meat
- Soak the soy meat in salt and spice water for 20 minutes.
- Grate carrots, cut onion into half rings.
- Cut the mango into cubes.
- Cut the soy meat and drain the water into a separate container.
- In a skillet, heat oil with two types of curry paste.
- Add onions, carrots and mangoes. Saute for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy meat and water in which it was soaked. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add coconut milk. Stir and simmer for another five minutes.
