Carrot and apple cake

How to cook the Carrot and Apple Cake dish
- Soak the nuts for 30 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Grate carrots (size is not important).
- Peel the apple, bake it in the microwave and mash it.
- Mix the apple with milk and butter.
- Combine both mixtures.
- Add carrots and mix thoroughly.
- Put the dough in a mold and set the baking mode for 1 hour.
- Combine milk, coconut sugar and coconut butter for cream and heat until the butter is completely dissolved.
- Combine all the cashew cream ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into a plate and let cool slightly and thicken.
- Cut the cake in two and brush with cream.
- Place the top crust and brush with the cashew cream.
